How to Tell Us About a Problem
Last updated: October 2026
Developersdone Walk-In Tubs wants people who contact this service to receive fair and honest treatment. Please tell us when something goes wrong. This page describes how to raise a concern and how we respond. It is a general template and does not provide legal advice.
Issues You Can Report
You can raise concerns about:
- Your experience with our phone or message service
- Our handling of your personal information
- Website content that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
Problems With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Their estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service are their responsibility. For problems with work in your home, raising the issue with the provider first is often helpful. Keep a written record.
Please also let us know. Feedback helps us maintain an honest network. Providers with repeated shortcomings may be removed. Developersdone Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's work or represent a provider.
Details to Send
Write to contact@developersdone.living with:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number dialed or form used, if remembered
- The provider's name, if known
- A description of the problem and the action you are asking us to take
How We Review Complaints
We will acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will then look into the issue. This may involve contacting the provider. Our reply will explain our findings and any action we are taking.
Asking for Another Review
If our reply does not resolve your concern, respond and request another review. You may also seek help from your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau. If the matter involves a licensed contractor, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to assist.
